Late lunch after travelling for 15 hours to Verona. Brilliant welcome for our tummies. Perfect return to Italy after 10 years. Friendly, comfortable, and quiet when we came by at about 2pm. Thank you guys it was perfect.

We’d been trying to decide where to eat for a while: looking at reviews etc, getting a bit hot & bothered. Headed here, got seated, all looked great. And then the tablet came out for ordering 🤦🏻♀️ If we hadn’t got settled & weren’t so tired, we’d have left at that point. I don’t see how anyone can think it’s a good idea! There were only the 2 of us using it, but we saw a family of 4 trying to use a single one! I absolutely hated it. Had we noticed the mention of it on reviews beforehand, we wouldn’t have gone.
Apart from that, it was really good, so it’s a real shame (you may not find them as annoying as we do!). The service was very pleasant, it was a nice outside place to sit and the food was very good.
We shared a platter which was very good, though could’ve done with more cheese. My partner enjoyed his steak & eggs! And my aubergine parmigiana was delicious.
Just give us an old fashioned menu!

Beautiful interior from the leather food mats to the cutlery holsters. Went for a day trip to the city of Verona - you must try the horse stew with polenta, they executed it greatly. My friend also loved the grilled octopus 🙂

Rude staff who simply dont care. We came because they had a toilet and even that didn’t have toilet paper. Give it a miss.
