The octopus was phenomenal! The suckling pig was very tender, and you can’t go wrong with the orecchiette. Although the beef tartare was mediocre we had a delightful dinner by the lively piazza:)

Food was disappointing and overly salty. The prices are far too high for the quality being served. Our risotto arrived within three minutes, which made it seem pre-made or reheated rather than freshly prepared. The tiramisu was also underwhelming. As Italians, we know what a good meal should taste like, and this did not meet expectations. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this place—there are plenty of restaurants in Bari where you can get genuinely good food at a fair price. We left feeling overcharged and unsatisfied.

We always welcome criticism when expressed sincerely, because it helps us improve. At the same time, we would like to clarify a few aspects of your review. Our risottos are prepared through an express cooking process that allows us to maintain quality while reducing waiting times, especially during busy service hours. A quick service does not necessarily mean a dish is reheated or pre-made.
Regarding the flavors, our cuisine is deeply rooted in Southern Italian tradition, sometimes with bold and intense notes, though we are sorry if some dishes felt overly salty to your personal taste.
We are also sorry that our tiramisu did not convince you. It is actually one of the desserts most appreciated by many guests over the years, prepared with our own personal interpretation inspired by local traditions. Taste, fortunately, remains something wonderfully subjective. Humans argue about food with the same intensity they once reserved for philosophy and naval wars.
