Food okay but the chicken was bland and under seasoned. Not even some oil on the table. We had to ask for salt. Service polite but seemed confused, where we first got one table and were then reseated at another one. Waiter forgot to bring the wine cooler he promised, and needed to be reminded. My biggest gripe however is the acoustics . The sound level is seriously annoying. Combine that with many families bringing their small children who scream, and you have a restaurant better avoided by couples looking for a pleasant night out.

The most plain and awful
food I’ve ever seen in my life. I didn’t even touch it because it looked like it was prepared by 5 year old child I rather stayied hungry. No salt, no spice, no taste. Just plain boiled chicken with some vegetables and in water with squeezed lemon that was supposed to be “lemon sauce”. And they charged us 74 euro for food that I could make with blindfold. Ci dispiace leggere una recensione così distante dall’esperienza che cerchiamo di offrire ogni giorno. I piatti da lei ordinati seguono uno stile di cucina semplice e autentico, che può naturalmente non incontrare tutti i gusti. Ci sorprende però il tono utilizzato, definire "truffa" ci sembra davvero eccessivo e poco rispettoso, soprattutto considerando che il nostro staff è sempre disponibile a modificare o sostituire un piatto qualora qualcosa non sia gradito.
Il conto riportato comprendeva più portate e servizio, non soltanto il piatto citato. Se nessuno segnala un problema non abbiamo modo di modificare o togliere costi dal conto. Restiamo comunque aperti al confronto costruttivo e le auguriamo una buona giornata.

I am aware that I do not speak Italian. I try to be nice and polite, try to communicate as best I can. But when I am treated like a parasite in a place where I should celebrate the culture of food, the food suddenly doesn’t taste so well. We waited for full 10 minutes for the menu, we had to ask to get them. We had to wait another 15 to order. We watched other people come after us and get their food before we even got our entries. I am sitting here now, 45 minutes in, our antipasti just came. I will update on the quality of the food and the hospitality when I get some.
