Great family run restaurant with good views and wonderful staff. We enjoyed ourselves. Lovely space too.
Food here is excellent, we booked one day in advance and had the tasting menu and wine flight. We sat outside for our evening meal. Food and wine were amazing, especially the wine. There is something special about drinking wine next to the vineyards that produced it. Would highly recommend.
In 3 weeks of our stay this is our absolute best find so far!! Fabulous setting, a family run vineyard with shop and restaurant which deserves its current rating (although I don't quite know where they've lost their .3 stars to?!....) Met the lady who runs the restaurant / cellar with her brother. The menu and wines are solely Tuscan and the focus is on the highest quality ingredients cooked with love and traditional values but with a modern twist. The wild boar ragu was simply the best I have ever tasted as was their version of a Tiramisu (no coffee?!!?? but again the most delicious we've ever had!!) These two individuals, along with their fabulous chef and waiting staff are as highly personal as they are professional and passionate about their growing business. Just go - it's simply outstanding and if you can't get a table buy a bottle of their Gobbo Nero Syrah - it's like the best Chianti DOC on steroids.
