What a brilliant experience at Iris Ristorante. This is true high end dining in a stunning setting. The quality of the food and the service was outstanding. We had a fantastic time and everything was top tier. It was really wonderful and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special.
Iris Ristorante is an impeccable, joyous and gastronomic sensation - definitely one to leave a feeling of saudade upon departure. Once entering, you are greeted kindly with the best service, the best selections of water, wine and everything else. We tried the lunch and it was delightfully filling, with the dessert being the most exceptional desert you’ll ever try, not too sweet and even slightly savory. And the wine suggestion magically pairs with every dish. I’ve probably have been to at least 100 Michelin star restaurants and agree with Cinzia that Iris deserves a second star.
Superb and well deserved 1 star restaurant. Beautiful location, great "Adriatico" tasting menu, excellent wines, nice and welcoming staff. Highly recommended fine dining when in Verona!

This is probably the best restaurant experience anyone can think of, combining an amazing service, utterly delicious dishes, a divine wine pairing and a stunning historical setting.
It doesn't get any better.

A complicated restaurant. The food was outstanding, hence the Michelin star. But the service was a little overly pretentious and even a little awkward. They seem to miss that good service is about warmth, friendliness and interaction, not how fast my napkin gets folded when I go to use the bathroom.
Starting the experience in the wine cellar was very cool, but there is a clear damp problem and the smell of mold was very evident, not the best way to start a meal.
The best part of the service was the sommelier, who was friendly, passionate and happy to individually match wines with our tastes. Some of the pairings absolutely blew me away.
