The hotel is basic. There is no entertainment, no swimming pool and the food is atrocious especially if you are a vegetarian. Be prepared to eat out if you are unfortunate enough to stay here. The owner was not helpful at all and couldn’t even understand English. The drinks on offer at the bar are limited. The views are fantastic and the girls in the restaurant are friendly and helpful.

This is the worst experience in helpful owner. She was rude, unhelpful, short tempered and not listening to the querries and guests wishes. Did not speak English and staff translated the best they could and tried hard to keep the peace. Rude woman does not deserve to have guests.|Rooms downstairs were spacious but no plugs or wardrobes in the room and definitely not soundproof as stated on the website. No air-conditioning. Rooms upstairs old deco and fans woke up child everytime somebody used the bathroom. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Views stunning but that's about it. The owner/boss very rude, unhelpful, not listening and extremly unwelcoming to guests. Abrupt and needs her staff to translate. They tried their best to be keep the peace between guests and owner. Lights were turned off at 11 pm so no Bar Service. Overall the owner has spoiled a holiday/wedding that was not cheap. She has no idea of hosting guests. I feel sorry for the staff that work there.

If you are English speaking, this hotel will not want to serve you. After having an awful night with no aircon, we tried to speak to the reception staff but was faced with nothing but a hostile and rude woman. Worst experience I have had in Italy. Would not recommend.

3 weeks in Italy and this is the only bad place I stayed.
Shouldn't be advertised as having air con, and then not providing it at night. It's actually idiotic to turn it off during the one time of a day you spend in your room.
The younger lady that greeted us was nice and accommodating. The women that we dealt with the next morning showed no sympathy or care, and when I'm explaining the situation looked at me and asked if I spoke german, shrugged and ignored me from then on when I said I didn't.
Mention that you don't want English speaking people on your site if that's how you run a business.
Have a window or fan as a minnimum if your turning the hotel aircon off in the middle of summer.
The only option was to have the door opened, which then lets the lights in which keep you awake and don't turn off untill 2am.
Dinner was fine, though the house wine was bad. Skipped breakfast as I wanted to just leave. But it didn't look impressive by any
