Simply the best food we had on our stay in Italy. Unassuming from the outside, the food is the destination here. We had the six course taster from the menu and oh my word was it special. We arrived just as the restaurant was opening, which meant that the chef was able to come to our table and take us through the various menu items, as well as recommend a bottle of wine that would pair well with the six course taster option. As the taster menu was a journey full of surprises twists and turns of this Italian Japanese Fusion restaurant, I won't tell you all of the dishes that were included so you can discover your way through yourself. It's safe to say that the sea bass was one of my favourites as well as the carbonara that was presented. Almost like a moose so a twist on the classic Italian staple. I cannot recommend this place more highly. You definitely pay for what you get for what you get is second to none. The service was absolutely impeccable, friendly warm like you're one of the family. There are also gluten-free options here, so be sure to ask if that's one of your dietary requirements. One last thing, you can eat the golden pig and I highly recommend as it's delicious and spreadable.
