As a pizza chef, I’m probably one of the toughest people to impress when it comes to pizza. Last night, for the first time, I visited FUDDIE with a group of friends, and all I can say is… wow. My compliments and deepest respect to the owner and the pizza chef for taking pizza to an entirely different level. I ordered the Intensa pizza with beef carpaccio, truffle carpaccio, truffle oil, Parmigiano, and crunchy crostini. Every ingredient was perfectly balanced, incredibly fresh, and packed with flavor. It wasn’t just a pizza—it was a true culinary experience. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff was attentive, professional, and welcoming. The restaurant itself was spotless, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Yes, this isn’t the cheapest pizza you’ll find, but quality has its value. After the first bite, you immediately understand why. You truly get what you pay for, and every euro is worth it. I’ve eaten pizza all over the world, and I can honestly say I’ve rarely experienced something this unique and extraordinary. FUDDIE has redefined what pizza can be, combining creativity, premium ingredients, and flawless execution. If you’re a true pizza lover, this is a place you simply have to experience at least once. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended. I can’t wait to come back!
