The location is absolutely stunning—right on the beach with perfect waterfront views. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional, world-class service. A special, massive thank you to **Caroline**, who went above and beyond for us. She was so incredibly nice, attentive, and is just a truly wonderful person who made our visit unforgettable! We also must mention Francesca and Matilde, who were both super nice, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The warmth and hospitality here are unmatched. We will definitely be back! Anyone visiting Chiavari who wants a beautiful, memorable experience—Duna Beach is absolutely the place to be. Highly recommended!

We spent a day at this place, and sadly, it was mostly a bad experience. The only good thing was the restaurant and its staff — they were kind and professional, and the food was actually very good. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was awful. At the bar, the staff were unprofessional and seemed drunk — they got our orders wrong multiple times, kept asking the same questions, and I had to take things myself even though the waitresses were around. They also spoke to guests in a rude way, which was really unpleasant. No one informed us that a reservation was required for lunch. I wasn’t even given a towel, and I had to go back and forth to the reception several times because something was always missing. Honestly, aside from the restaurant, this was the worst place I’ve ever been to. I would not recommend it.
