DOGA Bistrot

We arrived a bit late (22.00) looking for a dinner for two. No problem, we got a very friendly reception. With a patience explanation of the food. Which was on par with this Jazzy restaurant. I can recommand it! Five Stars.

Restaurant: absolutely TOP. From the moment you walk in, you notice the attention to detail, the warm atmosphere, and the genuine passion for food. Everything feels elegant without becoming pretentious, which is a rare talent these days. Too many places confuse arrogance with fine dining. Thankfully, not here. The dishes were beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and based on excellent fresh ingredients. Every plate arriving at the table made it painfully obvious that someone in the kitchen actually cares about what they are serving. A revolutionary concept in modern hospitality. It was outstanding, perfectly cooked dishes and full of freshness, and the desserts were simply unforgettable. Combined with a wonderful wine selection and attentive service, the entire evening became one of those dinners you keep talking about long after the holiday ends. You can clearly see that Gordon Ramsay has trained some excellent students. The precision, discipline, and respect for ingredients are written all over the experience. Thankfully without anyone screaming “IT’S RAW” across the dining room. Humanity progresses in small steps. Doga Restaurant is not just a restaurant, it is an experience. Easily one of the highlights of Follonica. Thanks Alessandro !

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 7/5 Because five stars wasn’t enough. This is a gem of a restaurant which I would love to come back to. All the courses were wonderful. The service was epic. The space was top notch. All that was missing was someone spinning records on the turntable I saw. Folloncia is lucky to have DOGA Bistrot!

Refined cuisine of excellent quality at a good price.

Very nice restaurant. Service was excellent and a very nice location with some relaxing jazz music. Ordered a Mojito, was very tasty. The food was excellent, nicely grilled meat and some good looking vegetables. I normally don't eat eggplant, but for this meal I had to try it. Didn't disappoint. Finally concluded with the tiramisu di mama. Very good dessert and gave praise to the mother of one of the staff which the recipe was based from. Recommend this place highly if you want some quality food in a nice location with top service.

Best dinner we had during our two weeks stay in Follonica! Very friendly staff & beautiful atmosphere!
