D'Amico Arrosticini

D'Amico Arrosticini is a place centered on Abruzzese grilled cuisine, with the classic arrosticini as its signature specialty. The setting is simple and informal, with the atmosphere typical of a straightforward, friendly stop focused on meat cooked over the fire.

The menu is built around the grill, with a clear emphasis on small skewers of lamb and other barbecue-style preparations. The overall identity is defined by a direct, traditional approach that highlights the flavor of the charcoal cooking and the local character of the cuisine.
