Cristian Cennamo - Pizze di ricerca

Italian pizza is the focus here, with a clear emphasis on research-driven doughs and carefully balanced toppings. The menu centers on creative pizzas that keep a strong connection to tradition while presenting a more refined interpretation of the classic format.

The setting feels informal and welcoming, with an atmosphere that suits a relaxed meal focused on the food. What stands out most is the attention to the dough, the quality of the ingredients, and the variety of combinations that give the pizzeria its distinctive character.
