Reviews are wrong. We stopped here on our way to they ferry. Because it's so busy here, we didn't expect much. We were thinking we'd just have a cold beer while we waited for the ferry. I ordered lasagna and my partner ordered some sort of cheese and bread. I'm well travelled and it was somehow still the best lasagna I've ever had. It showed up in a nice little oven roasted pot and it was perfect. The tomato sauce was fresh and acidic but still savoury. The dish was perfectly balanced. If you're waiting for the ferry this place is where you want to go.

I wish I had read the reviews of this place beforehand and if you are reading this review before going, I recommend you stay well away! The staff are rude, ignorant and unwelcoming. However, more than that, they are possibly fraudulent. This is not libel. We had 2 cappuccinos placed out when I clearly ordered 1. The cheeky man behind the bar said I ordered 2 and called me a liar when I stated just 1. Why would I order something I never normally order and I know what I ordered or course. There is no reason for me to order 2 and lie . Either this was a deliberate attempt to rip us off or he needs to seek medical attention for his hearing as this makes a poor service to customers if he doesnt know what they ordered. Please believe and trust the reviews on here as there is a good chance you will regret going to this awful cafe.

The dessert was a bit old, the service was ok but not great, the lady at the counter was yelling at us to go to the bathroom, I don't understand what's going on in this place. Avoid. Prices too high for what they offer.
