3star Michelin that’s worth the hype! 10/10 would recommend this place if you are in town and want to try a fine dining restaurant in the area. Chef used to work in Hong Kong for 5 years so being from Hong Kong, was amazed by how small the world sometimes is. Would definitely come back again if I am ever around the area again!

Amazing place with incredible food and outstanding service. This was our second visit, and we actually changed our route just to come back here again. We ordered the Chef’s Table for two and absolutely loved every part of the experience. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place — and definitely book in advance. We’ll absolutely be back again!
This was an exceptional experience! I’ve eaten at multiple Michelin star restaurants but this was my first three star Michelin star restaurant. I think it’s totally worth it even if you’ve been to one star or a two star Michelin star restaurant. The price is really reasonable and the pacing is perfect. Expect a three hour experience. You do not get bored ever and you’re on the edge of your seat the whole time. The amount of details in the service Are impeccable and I have not experienced them at all the restaurants. The Desserts for the best that we have ever eaten. This was the best meal we have ever eaten. The dishes are beautifully plated, the flavors are complex, and you will definitely leave with a full peribellini
Menu well conceived and presented. A few items suffered from execution. A few dishes have wafers and are meant to be eaten by hand. The bottom portion was damp and it fell apart in your hand. Probably not what was intended. Second red prawn dish was out of balance. Missing acidity and a bit too much fat. Lamb course needed a lighter hand on the salt. Sommelier was weak. A request to adjust the wine pairing received considerable push back. The Pieropan Soave bottled for the restaurant did not accent the pairing. Sommelier unable to provide even basic information on the provenance of the red pairing. Better off managing. The wine choice yourself. Three star on service is based largely on wine service.
Great lunch at Perbellini but the magic didn’t come up enough. I will have bet more for a two star than a three star. A bit overpriced but obviously location must be expensive. We took traditional menu. Appetisers and some starters were great but the lemon pasta was too al dente and the pichon was well cooked but tasteless. In my opinion those are not dishes of a three star. A second service of Pichon would be nice with more flavour to pair better with wines. Surprised that a menu with traditional dishes can only come up with these two plates. Pre - deserts, petit fours and cheese was fantastic. Not the strawberry one too sweet and missed a better chocolate contrast. We find good wines at reasonable prices x2 but others were x3 or x4. Look up properly. Service was excellent all the way despite they forgot coffee. I liked the experience but below other three star.
My partner and I have been lucky enough to dine at a few Michelin restaurants, to include some 3*’s. This is the best meal we’ve ever had in terms of experience, service, and flavors. I would love to highlight Stefano for his hospitality. He was a joy! I don’t want to spoil the experience, but I will share that the chef’s table booking begins with a small tour of the property that is just amazing. The menu for chef’s table includes three extra dishes, as well as a wine pairing. The wines and food are exquisite! Each bite was delicious and texturally interesting. The wines were complimentary and even included one blind tasting! The meal ended with an amazing array of desserts. They also sent out a torte for my husband’s birthday. When we left, Stefano gave us a small book of the best restaurants in Italy. This kind gesture was so moving! I’m so grateful for our meal here and we will never forget it! Grazie mille Stefano, Chef, e squadra!
