Carusu was our best dining experience in Agrigento. We had the tasting menu and the food was perfect, as was the wine suggested by the sommelier. The ambiance was quiet with good music, and the service was very kind and attentive. Each course was patiently explained. They even provided a cake for my wife’s birthday, which was assembled right at our table. We had a minor issue with the bill, but it was properly resolved by their team a few days later. We highly recommend it and will surely be back when we return to the city.

Shockingly good! Hurry before Michelin arrives... And they will. On par with some of the best I've had the privilege to dine in (Noma, Per Se, Atelier Crenn). The chef, Alan, his brother the head waiter and their childhood best friend server make this truly for an exceptional meal and service. Don't skimp...order the nine course! You'll regret it if you don't
