A real gem of a place. The food is delicious and the tomato sauce they use for the pizzas is in a different class. The seafood is fresh and there is a good wine selection. Staff are really friendly and professional.
This restaurant was recommended by our hotel, and it was amazing. The lasagna Il Nero In Bianco was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had, and the Cartoccini Bonamorone was delicious, as was the pinse. Service was very attentive.
Overall, we had a really nice dinner at Bonamarone. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. The Pane Cunzato was one of the highlights—fresh bread with great Sicilian flavours. I also ordered the stuffed squid. It was cooked perfectly and very tender, although I thought the stuffing could have used a bit more seasoning and flavour. My wife had the Caprese pizza, which was excellent with a crisp crust and fresh ingredients. The service was a little slow at times, but it looked like our server was juggling several tables, so it was understandable. Overall, a very enjoyable meal with good value, tasty food, and a pleasant atmosphere. I’d happily come back the next time we’re in Agrigento.
Beautiful restaurant and good food. The pizza’s were nice and crispy. Service was quick and friendly. Great place with a chill atmosphere, would recommend.
