Probably one of the best Plantbased vegan restaurants I’ve been to. Food was amazing. The tastes, textures and presentation were out of this world. Would highly recommend.
We had a wonderful dinner at Botanica Lab as a family of three, together with our adult daughter, and were very impressed. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the service was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the evening. The vegan cuisine was creative, beautifully presented and full of flavour, with thoughtful combinations that made every dish feel special. A very enjoyable experience in every respect, and a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for imaginative and refined vegan food in Bologna.
One word … Delicious !!! I had the plant fillet was incredible the texture, the taste. A must go if you are in Bologna !
Cannot say enough for how incredible this restaurant is. An absolute must whether you are a meat eater or not - everything from texture to flavour and macros balance was spot on. Really enjoyed our experience here and would highly recommend. Service was warm and friendly and has a high class atmosphere.
A spectacular meal from start to finish. Everything was delicious, thoughtful and beautifully presented. The bill represented excellent value given the quality and creativity of the dishes. The staff were friendly, and the service was impressively quick, with each course arriving within minutes of ordering despite the restaurant being busy. Booking is recommended. This is a must-visit for plant-based locals and visitors alike, and easily one of the best meals I have had in Italy.
