We had a fantastic experience at Bloom in Torre San Giovanni, Salento. The food was absolutely outstanding—every burger was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly.
Our server, Dennis, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole evening fun and enjoyable. His recommendations and positive attitude really added to the experience.
What truly made the night memorable, though, was the chef, Ghaith. When he heard that my son had been served plain French fries instead of the cheddar and bacon fries we had ordered, he didn't hesitate. With a warm smile, he personally came out to our table, took the plate back, and returned a few minutes later with a fresh order of fully loaded fries. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.
It's moments like these that turn a good meal into an unforgettable experience and keep customers coming back. Ghaith is a real asset to the restaurant, and his genuine care and excellent customer service deserve recognition.
If you're in Torre San Giovanni, I highly recommend Bloom. Great food, wonderful service, and a team that truly cares about its customers!

Great view, great vibe, good warm service with english which is rare in these parts. Food expelled what I expected great burgers and the cheese back on fries that came were loaded. For the cost, you won't find better. 5 stars!
