Artisti Macellai - Braceria

Wonderful staff, semi original theme restaurant that is spreading around europe. Everything is cooked quickly and fresh, and in shish kebab style. You order from different categories, meat, vegetables and cheese, and everything comes out in the order you specify. The emphasis is on variety of flavors, and it makes for a unique experience. For some reason it reminds me of world famous chef José Andres' approach to food, flavor and dining. In any case it's going over well with diners and seems to be growing in popularity. May not please everyone, but I enjoy the experience. The staff is enthusiastic and the cooks seem to like the new wave style. It's worth at least a try, and though it may not change the usual way people dine, it's certainly is a new and eclectic experience. To try!

We just walk by without any reservation and could directly sit, the waiter explained us this nice concept, everything is grilled, you firstly choose some starters and sides then you choose your meat. Even the veggies look like meat and taste delicious, the wines are also very delightful. Nice surprise of the area overall!!! And this grilled cheese 🫶🏼
