Ba Hot Pot Bologna

Ba Hot Pot Bologna is a Chinese hot pot restaurant centered on a communal dining experience, with broth served as the heart of the meal and ingredients cooked at the table. The cuisine focuses on an authentic style of hot pot, with a wide choice of meats, vegetables and other additions that make the format flexible and easy to share.

The atmosphere is informal and carefully arranged, with a setting that suits a relaxed meal among friends or in company. Its most characteristic strengths are the interactive style of service, the variety of ingredients and the genuine, distinctive identity of the hot pot experience.
