Albergo Ristorante Vecchio Scarpone

Italian cuisine with Piedmontese and northern Italian influences, served in a family-run, informal setting that feels warm and welcoming. The dining room has a straightforward, traditional character, suitable for a relaxed meal after a day in the mountains.

The menu is known for its homemade pasta, well-prepared regional dishes and hearty mountain flavors. The house style combines simple cooking with careful execution, with particular attention to generous portions, familiar recipes and a sense of local identity.

Its strongest points are the consistent focus on traditional dishes, the comfortable atmosphere and a cuisine that reflects the area's local character in an authentic way.
