We spent one night at this basic but perfectly located B&B near Pienza’s historic center. While the room was simple and the water pressure was mediocre, the service was truly exceptional. The host was welcoming, efficient, and highly responsive via WhatsApp. We especially appreciated her efforts to quickly resolve the issues we encountered in our room. With helpful local recommendations and convenient parking nearby, this stay offers great value for the price. Recommended for those seeking excellent hospitality in a prime location.

Comfortable room. Had a great breakfast with good service the following morning. Visited the market in the park across the street and the shops nearby. Great location.

This hotel seems to have no idea how to use the reservation system and offered no apology for the verbal abuse. They should just focus on running their restaurant!
