ZEM Vegan Bistrot

Fully vegan cuisine with a clear focus on Bolognese tradition, reworked in plant-based form, defines this bistrot on Via Mascarella. The menu is built around fresh pasta, filled pasta and other local specialties prepared with an attentive, homemade style.

The atmosphere is small, cozy and informal, with a welcoming feel suited to a relaxed meal. The most appreciated dishes are the vegan versions of tortellini, tortelloni, lasagne and tigelle, which stand out for bringing familiar regional flavors into a fully vegan setting.
