Savigni

Meat cuisine at Savigni centers on Tuscan traditions, with a clear focus on carefully selected cuts and cured meats. The setting is informal and lively, in keeping with its location inside the Mercato Centrale, and it suits a relaxed stop in the heart of Florence.

The most characteristic dishes are the meat plates and the house selection of salumi, appreciated for their flavor and quality. The place stands out for a straightforward approach that combines market atmosphere with a recognizable specialty.
