La Schiacciata Firenze

La Schiacciata Firenze serves Tuscan-style schiacciata and filled sandwiches built around fresh, seasonal ingredients, with combinations that are carefully balanced and clearly focused on flavor. The kitchen feels rooted in Florence's street-food tradition, with a straightforward offer centered on simple, well-made specialties.

The setting is informal and lively, with the atmosphere of a busy market-level stop in the heart of the Mercato Centrale. What stands out most is the quality of the fillings and the attention to ingredient selection, which give the sandwiches a distinctive character.
