The venue

Rifugio Valasco is an Italian mountain restaurant set in a high-altitude alpine setting, with a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

The cuisine is centered on traditional Piedmontese dishes and hearty mountain fare, with polenta and game among the most characteristic specialties. It is especially appreciated as a place to stop after a walk, where the setting and the food feel closely tied to the surrounding landscape.

The restaurant stands out for its rural, authentic atmosphere and for a cuisine that matches the pace and character of a day in the mountains.
