Rifugio Alpe Plane

Rifugio Alpe Plane is a mountain Italian refuge restaurant in Valle Argentera, set in a simple, authentic alpine setting. The atmosphere is informal and tied to the rhythm of the mountains, with a welcoming, rustic character.

The cuisine is centered on traditional local dishes, with a clear focus on polenta, cold cuts, and cheeses produced on site. The food is especially appreciated for its genuine Alpine identity and for the farm-based products that make it distinctive.

Its main strengths are the mountain setting, the rustic atmosphere, and the connection to local dairy production, which gives the menu a recognisable, territorial character.
