Principotto | Bissolati

Principotto | Bissolati serves Italian street food with a clear focus on quick, well-prepared specialties such as panzerotti, sandwiches with octopus and other hot items made to order.

The atmosphere is informal and compact, suited to a fast stop in the center of Alberobello, with a simple setting that feels practical and welcoming.

Its identity comes from a small menu built around Apulian flavors, especially the octopus-based dishes and other local snacks that make it a distinctive choice for a casual meal.
