The venue

Monte Colombè is a mountain refuge set above Paspardo, known for its traditional cuisine and its link to hiking routes in the area.

The atmosphere is authentic, informal and immersed in nature, with the kind of setting that suits a stop after a walk or a day outdoors. The kitchen is appreciated for its simple, hearty dishes that reflect local mountain food.

Its most characteristic strengths are the scenic location, the welcoming refuge-style setting and the sense of a place closely tied to the surrounding landscape.
