Salari Ivan

Salari Ivan appears to be a small, informal place with a straightforward local kitchen character, set in a quiet corner of Paspardo. The atmosphere is simple and familiar, with an everyday style that suits a relaxed meal rather than a formal dining experience.

The most appreciated dishes are the hearty, home-style preparations and the kind of cooking that feels tied to the area's traditions. The place stands out for its genuine, unpretentious approach and for offering a compact, authentic experience rooted in local flavors.
