The venue

Masseria Fragnite is a rural food destination centered on cheese making, with a cuisine that also includes cold cuts, baked goods, vegetables, meat and beer. The setting is that of a working farmhouse, with an authentic and informal atmosphere that feels closely tied to local production.

The most appreciated specialties are the fresh cheeses, especially mozzarella, together with tasting platters that bring together cheeses, cured meats, focaccia and bread. The place stands out for its direct connection between production and tasting, offering a concrete, genuine experience built around traditional Puglian flavors.
