Macelleria Darfo - Macelleria Testa is a butcher's shop focused on meat, with a selection that includes beef, goat, rabbit, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb and veal. The setting is simple and practical, centered on a specialty food counter rather than a traditional dining room.
The most distinctive products are the luganega, the spalla della valle and the soppressa, alongside other local meat preparations. Its identity is tied to a direct, essential approach to meat, with a range that highlights both everyday cuts and regional specialties.
