LiberaMensa

LiberaMensa is a social dining project in Turin with a distinctive setting inside the prison complex, open to the city on selected evenings. Its identity is tied to a simple, seasonal Italian kitchen, with tasting menus that change regularly and a service style shaped by the venue itself.

The atmosphere is unusual yet welcoming, combining a reserved setting with a carefully organized dining experience. The restaurant is known for its thoughtful cuisine, curated menus, and original social context, which make it stand out from a conventional restaurant.
