La Schiacciateria

La Schiacciateria is a casual Florentine sandwich shop focused on schiacciata, with a simple and informal atmosphere suited to a quick stop or a relaxed meal. Its style is rooted in Tuscan street food, with an emphasis on freshly baked bread and generous fillings.

The most characteristic specialties are the schiacciate with cured meats, cheeses, and other well-combined ingredients, served in abundant portions. The place stands out for its straightforward approach, the freshness of the products, and the balance between the crisp bread and the rich fillings.
