INVERSO - Progetto Pizza

Inverso - Progetto Pizza is a Roman pizzeria focused on pizza romana, with a style that combines careful technique and a familiar neighborhood feel.

The space has an informal, welcoming atmosphere, and its identity is built around well-made dough, balanced baking, and a range of pizzas that highlight both classic Roman character and a more personal project behind the counter.

Its most distinctive strengths are the quality of the dough, the clear attention to technical execution, and a kitchen style that keeps the focus on substance and simplicity.
