Chalet Novezza

Italian cuisine with a mountain character defines Chalet Novezza, where traditional dishes and local flavors are central to the dining experience. The setting is informal and scenic, with a welcoming atmosphere suited to relaxed meals after a stop in the Baldo area.

Among the most appreciated specialties are fresh pasta, gulasch with potatoes, polenta with Monte Baldo cheese and truffle, venison, and homemade desserts such as strudel and berry tart. The kitchen is notable for its connection to the territory and for offering hearty, recognizable preparations in a distinctly local style.
