I was very disappointed with my experience at your restaurant. I ordered a Coca-Cola and paid €3.50 for it. Later, I decided to buy another one, but this time I was charged €6 for exactly the same drink. Since I am a foreigner, I did not notice the difference immediately. Only later, after checking the receipt, I realized the overcharge. Yes, the money was refunded after I pointed it out, but the whole situation left a very negative impression on me. I believe this kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when it is obvious that the customer is not local and may not immediately understand the prices. Unfortunately, this experience seriously ruined my opinion of your place.
Buongiorno Anastasiia, Intanto la ringranzio per aver dedicato il suo prezioso tempo a recensire negativamente più volte un locale sbagliando il nome, il sito e il riferimento dello stesso. Lo Zefiro NON VENDE piadine. È un ristorante. Lei è allo Zefiro non è mai stata. È altresì vero che noi dello Zefiro gestiamo una piadineria dove lei si è recata e una nostra addetta si è sbagliata digitando nello scontrino una birra anziché una coca cola! Lei lo ha fatto presente e la ragazza ha ammesso l’errore restituendole i soldi e scusandosi. Adesso mi aspetto faccia lo stesso lei! Dato che ha sbagliato e ha scritto una recensione al locale sbagliato screditandolo ingiustamente!!!! E infine cara Anastasiia una mia recensione a lei, anziché riversare la sua frustrazione e screditare i locali sbagliati impari a rispettare il lavoro altrui altrimenti è difficile che venga rispettato il suo.
Great food, way too expensive.
Excellent seafood restaurant. Great attention to details, nice personnel, locally sourced ingredients, fine presentation. The decor’s simple elegance adds to the very relaxing vibe. My suggestion, both to keep the bill reasonable and to taste different things, is to share at least one course.
