Difficult to fault this place. It was a quiet Sunday (hence 4* atmosphere rating but it was lovely and quiet. Low key relaxed with quiet 1980/90s classics emanating from the back). The waiter Elio (I’m sure I’ve misspelled it) was a superstar from start to finish. Helpful, great English, can recommend if you ask. We had the mixed bruschetta platter to start which was amazing. Tomato, caponata, aubergine & chilli, mozzarella and anchovy. I had the thin cut steak (wonderful) and my partner the gnocchi with truffle and prawn sauce. Tiramisu in a glass cup to finish and a complimentary bottle of Limoncello to help yourself. It is off the beaten track but very much worth a visit.

The experience for the price is exceptional. The food is yummy, service is excellent, and the staff was amazing. Very surprised the restaurant isn’t more busy!
Excellent Food and service
Everything was great during our visit! Although we were late because of the traffic and missed our reservation time for more than an hour, the staff did everything to accommodate us and give us a lovely evening without stress for us. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. It is a bit out of the city center, and was recommended to us by locals - I can see why and I absolutely recommend it as well.
Lovely service. Delicious fresh food. Lovely authentic Italian atmosphere.
