I've gone and ordered on-the-counter takeout (in person) often in the past, it's near a lot of services so it's perfect for a stop while running errands, the only issue is every time I have went the pizza selection was either (rarely) very limited and just out of the oven or hours old and cold where even after they reheated it even in peak hours with a relatively decent amount of people in it, it was still chewy like gum. I also had often issues with mozzarella/cheese being extremely low quality almost resenting cheddar sticks on simple pizzas like pizza margherita, causing it to stay uncooked, while mozzarellas stayed half solid even when the pizza was cooked and reheated.
Allover not great in food, but the people and the location make it extremely useful for a stomach breaking fastfood stop between errands.
