Vigna del Borgo is an Italian and Umrian-style restaurant with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, set in a beautiful courtyard garden in the center of Acquasparta.

The setting feels relaxed and refined at the same time, with an outdoor terrace and a private garden that make it especially pleasant for evening dining. The cuisine is known for creative dishes, carefully prepared plates, and a standout focaccia that is often remembered as a signature item.

It is a place appreciated for its romantic garden setting, attentive hospitality, and distinctive local character, combining a classic regional identity with a more contemporary dining experience.
