The Simpson

Pizza is the centerpiece here, with a style that is simple, direct, and built around a well-kept dough and a wood-fired oven. The place has an informal, welcoming atmosphere that fits both a quick stop and a relaxed evening meal.

The most distinctive specialties are the pizzas, which are described as light, well-cooked, and generous in flavor. The setting feels practical and unpretentious, with the kind of character that makes it a familiar reference point for classic Sicilian pizza in this part of Catania.
