As soon as your concern regarding the melanzane was brought to our attention, our team immediately intervened to verify the issue and provide assistance. We take every guest comment seriously and always strive to resolve any concern promptly and professionally. However, after reviewing the situation with both our kitchen and service teams, we were unable to find evidence supporting the description provided in your review. We would also like to clarify that the dishes you mention, including those you described as unsatisfactory, were consumed almost entirely. While we fully respect that personal tastes may vary, this circumstance makes it difficult for us to reconcile the severity of the comments with what occurred during the evening. Despite this, and despite not being able to confirm the issues reported, we still removed the melanzane from the bill as a gesture of goodwill and in the spirit of customer care. Our intention was simply to ensure that you left with a positive impression and feeling that your concerns had been heard. We are equally disappointed to read your comments regarding our service. Throughout your visit, our staff remained available, courteous, and attentive, making every effort to address your observations.
