Scarino Franco

Scarino Franco in Montefiascone is presented as a traditional Italian trattoria with a simple, familiar atmosphere and a strongly local character. The setting feels informal and welcoming, with the kind of everyday hospitality that suits a relaxed meal.

The kitchen focuses on home-style Tuscia and Italian dishes, with special attention to well-executed local recipes and seasonal flavors. The most appreciated dishes are the handmade pasta, hearty first courses and rustic preparations that reflect the area's culinary identity.

Its main strengths are the authenticity of the cooking, the reassuringly familiar atmosphere and a menu rooted in regional tradition. It is a place for those who value straightforward, genuine food in a comfortable neighborhood-style setting.
