Unacceptable service and total lack of management capability My experience at Roppongi was very negative. We ordered two main courses, but they arrived with almost a half-hour delay between them. I had to eat my meal alone while my husband watched, and vice versa. Since these were hot dishes, it was impossible to wait. We complained twice during the meal, but the staff proved incapable of managing or resolving the issue. Their only excuse came when it was time to pay, when they cited "too many customers." I find it unacceptable that a restaurant staff cannot coordinate service or find a solution to such a basic operational failure. A dining experience to forget.

Had a lovely dinner sharing what felt like everything from the menu and drinking nice cold beers and saki. Service was just outstanding, lovely, friendly and very relaxed. Will be back very soon. Thank you!!

Wonderful and authentic experience. The food was on point, the atmosphere top notch and the staff friendly and very helpful. It's a good place to bring children too: I recommend going early when the restaurant isn't fully packed yet. We will be back, hopefully soon.
