We had a mixed experience. The restaurant and the staff were lovely - very attentive and it felt like a special occasion to dine there. The food however was a bit lacking - although they did cater for gluten free very well.
All dishes were presented beautifully but lacked a flavour punch and fell flat compared to other places we ate.
Overall we didn’t feel it offered good value for money.

We had high expectations based on the great reviews.
The food is actually quite good, but it feels a bit short of the elevated culinary standard they are striving to reach. At these prices—which are somewhat on par with some starred restaurant around the lake—we expected something more.
We had their seafood tasting menu. The appetizers of fresh amberjack were very good. Unfortunately, it was a downward trend from there. The pasta dish was too salty. After the pasta dish, we needed to wait for around 30-40min until the main course of fish come. When the fish finally arrived, it was the smallest portion I have ever seen, even by fine-dining standards. Then came two desserts which were both good.
Services were friendly and quite attentive, but could be better. The restaurant is very beautiful, with terraces overlooking the lake.
Overall, it was a mediocre experience. We weren't completely disappointed, but they definitely need to elevate their standards to reach the level they are aiming for.

Our restaurant experience was excellent dining in Rose & Sapori. Very relaxing atmosphere, made our evening special. Service was good, fast and very polite. Wine list is excellent with good wines in glasses or in a bottles.
Food was good, and the desserts stole our hearts. Best restaurant we’ve visited in Italy.

A fancy restaurant with a view of Lake Garda. It was my girlfriend's birthday on the day of our visit, so I asked the staff for a little surprise, and they were happy to oblige. We were also extremely satisfied with the food. The restaurant is part of the hotel, and I would definitely recommend making a reservation. Before the meal, you get a complimentary appetizer, and after the meal, a small dessert. Of course, you have to expect higher prices.
