I usually leave reviews only when I am either very satisfied or, on the contrary, very disappointed. Unfortunately, in this case, our experience was truly negative. We chose this restaurant mainly because it had been recommended to me as a family-friendly place with a large park for children. The park is indeed large, but to our surprise, there is practically nothing for children there. Not even one proper toy or play area in good condition. There was only one broken/very poorly maintained rocking horse. With such a large outdoor space, the potential is huge, but for families with small children this place is absolutely not well thought out. We came with two small children because, when going out for dinner, we obviously look for a place where we can also relax a little. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. The pizza was one of the worst I have ever eaten. It had a very strange shape — more like a piece of bread with a hole in the middle than a real pizza. There was very little topping: just a bit of prosciutto and rocket, but overall it was extremely disappointing. The pizza maefherita that we ordered for my son practically had no mozzarella on it. It was the first time my son did not eat his pizza. Considering that a margherita costs €9 and the other pizzas easily cost €14, €15 or €16, you would expect much better quality. They seem to present these pizzas as “gourmet”, but unfortunately the quality is absolutely not in line with the prices. The cover charge of €3.50 per person also seemed excessive to me, especially for what was offered: some bread and a few small appetizers of rather poor quality. Honestly, it would have been better not to serve them at all. On top of that, they also charged the cover charge for my two-year-old son, who did not use cutlery and simply shared pizza with his brother. The service was also not up to standard. Even though there were several waiters in the dining room, we had to manage things ourselves more than once. I am not expecting special treatment, but when prices are this high, the service should match. Overall, this place left us with nothing positive. The location itself is nothing special, the quality of the food was very poor compared to the price, and for families with children it offers practically nothing, despite the large outdoor space. For us, it was expensive, overrated and extremely disappointing. We definitely will not be coming back.
Se avevate le scatole girate perché non ci sono più i giochi, potevate andare da un’altra parte; si vedeva già da prendere l’ordine che il vostro umore era pessimo e arrogante, avete preso 1 margherita e due pizze con il crudo , a parte il servizio dell’entre’, in cosa vi sareste arrangiati ,che siete andati via poco dopo, facendovi fare d’asporto l’ultimo pezzo di pizza? Coraggioso ,a mandare il messaggio, al locale ,poco dopo partiti : cambiate pizzaiolo ,da dietro lo schermo ,invece di far presente la vostra insoddisfazione, e permetterci di trovare il perché ,ed una soluzione; invece fa i papiri da casa; un po di coerenza e maturità
