Wonderful atmosphere the staff are bubbly and friendly and full of love and passion for their food. They welcome you and make you feel part of the family. We ordered two pizzas and two vodka lemon drinks which was the most delicious food and drink I’ve ever tasted. We will definitely be back

The food was disappointing. The pasta was not tasty and seemed undercooked, for all 4 people, and was too many salted. Chicken cotelette was not properly cooked and had an unpleasant taste and texture.

Considering that your restaurant was completely empty during lunch hours, this is not surprising. As for the food, we found it disappointing. If you did not notice, almost all of our dishes were left unfinished, except for the French fries and the homemade bread. We paid our bill in full and did not ask for any discount or compensation. I believe people should know what kind of experience they can expect. In our opinion, the food was not good, and the attitude of the staff was even worse. Perhaps the owner should reconsider the quality of both the kitchen and the customer service. If the food and service improved, there would likely be fewer empty tables and fewer free seats for children. Also, we are not from Russia. There are many countries where people speak Russian. It might be worth broadening your knowledge before making assumptions about your guests. Looking at your reviews, it is clear that many other customers have had negative experiences as well. It is unfortunate that I did not pay closer attention to those reviews before visiting your restaurant. Finally, there is nothing wrong with accepting that not everyone likes your food. Different people have different tastes. Reviews exist so that customers can share their honest experiences and help others make informed decisions.
