Polite staff, big portions. The food is in no time after ordering in front of you. You may have to wait a couple of minutes in front of the restaurant before they let you in. The interior looks very nice.

One of the worst pizza in my life. Both me and my friends we coudn't finish it.

The food was excellent – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care and attention to detail. The service during our meal was also attentive, friendly, and professional. A big compliment for that. Unfortunately, our visit started and ended on a very disappointing note. When we arrived, we were neither greeted warmly nor did we get the feeling that we were truly welcome. A smile or a friendly reception would have made a big difference. While we were waiting for our table, and also later during our visit, we noticed that the lady at the reception and cash desk was frequently occupied with her phone. When we paid, she also appeared rather uninterested: there was no eye contact, no thank you, and no farewell. Instead, she was chatting and laughing with other members of staff while we were paying. As a guest, you unfortunately feel unnoticed and not valued in such a moment. Especially for a restaurant in this price range, we expect not only excellent food, but also a warm welcome and a pleasant farewell. It is therefore all the more disappointing that the first and last impression overshadowed what was otherwise a lovely dining experience. It is a shame, because the kitchen and the table service truly deserved a much better rating. Due to this experience, we unfortunately will not be returning to this restaurant.

The food was very good. The pizza was excellent, and the fish couscous was also delicious. The staff inside the restaurant were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience at the cashier completely changed our overall impression. The woman at the checkout was very unfriendly and came across as rude and dismissive. She avoided eye contact, didn’t say thank you, and showed no appreciation towards her guests. Instead, she seemed to laugh while taking our payment, which felt disrespectful. It’s a real shame because the rest of the team was great. The only reason we won’t be coming back is the experience at the cashier. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as one person’s behaviour shouldn’t overshadow an otherwise excellent restaurant.
