AWFUL SERVICE. As a tourist they put you in a separate back room and forget about us. Waited too long to order and food took even longer to arrive. Would not recommend, plenty of better quality food and service found elsewhere in Zone.
Dear guest, your statements are unfair and do not reflect reality. We do not have “rooms for tourists,” nor do we isolate or forget anyone — this accusation is unfounded. If the waiting times were longer than expected, we take responsibility for that, but it does not justify a distorted description of our service. A simple comment at the moment would have been enough: we would have resolved the issue immediately, as we always do. Zone offers many alternatives, and we work every day to guarantee quality and respect. Your experience, however unpleasant, does not represent who we are or what our guests normally receive. Se i tempi di attesa sono stati più lunghi del previsto, ce ne assumiamo la responsabilità, ma questo non giustifica descrizioni distorte della realtà. Sarebbe bastato comunicarci il disagio sul momento: avremmo risolto immediatamente, come facciamo con chiunque. Zone offre molte alternative, e noi lavoriamo ogni giorno per garantire qualità e rispetto. La sua esperienza, per quanto spiacevole, non rappresenta ciò che siamo né ciò che i nostri ospiti abitualmente vivono.
