It’s a hidden gem. Food is utterly amazing, try the local steak that you finish to your liking at the table. House wine by the glass was also excellent and the view from the terrace table are wonderful.
Such an unexpected and hidden delight! We wanted "somewhere nice" to stop off for lunch en route from the coast to Treviso. Il Fungo was recommended, but the website didn't show the gorgeous views so we were happily surprised. Our hosts couldn't have been more accommodating, the food was delicious, the wine was great. A lovely experience all round ... go is you get the chance
We happened upon this restaurant on our way back to Veneto and I’m so glad we did! The food was exquisite (I recommend the crostini with porcini and the fiorentina). The mushrooms were delicately flavoured thanks to how fresh they were and my friends and I were blown away by the quality of the steak. Wonderful staff - efficient and super friendly. Truly worth a detour! Go and check it out!!
This place specializes in local truffles. Also the wild boar with polenta was excellent
Culinaric Highlight of our trip to Emilia Romagna! If you love mushrooms in all sorts and varieties as much as delicious food, one should absolutely come and eat here!
